As Absolute’s Chief Customer Officer, Matt Meanchoff is responsible for leading Absolute’s customer delivery and service functions – including Customer Success, Professional Services, Investigations, Risk Management, and Technical Support. Matt is responsible for the Absolute customer journey and Voice of the Customer, and for building a robust subscription base of engaged, loyal, and growing customers.
Matt joined Absolute in 2009 and brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience. Previously, Matt served as Absolute’s Vice President, Services. Prior to joining Absolute, Matt held several leadership roles in global and start-up technology organizations where he successfully led teams in Product Management, Services, Support, and Operations.
Prior to his work at Absolute, Matt held previous leadership positions with Fincentric (Fiserv) and RewardStream. Matt holds a Master of Arts degree from Queen’s University.
