"There are some really brilliant people out there, but they work best alone and that's not really something that is scalable for me. So that's the hardest part, finding folks that are brilliant and team-oriented, and doing that in a repeatable way over and over again, and then retaining their talent for the long-term.
At the end of the day people want a great job. They want the table stakes of a good salary and they want the table stakes of a great work environment.
Of course we have to be very competitive and we're constantly making sure that we're paying the best salaries, we're providing the best work environment, we're providing all the fringe benefits that come along with working at a great company.
At the end of the day, people want to be respected and they want to have tough challenging problems to solve. For me, it's focusing on constantly pushing the envelope, constantly coming up with new ideas and being innovative around how we use technology."
